Another trip to Munich, and this time it was even more special as Isabella, my UK collegue visited our Munich office last week and I am SO glad she did :)

But first, I need to tell you about the wonderful Suite – yes: SUITE! – I was upgraded to in the Fleming´s Hotel. I checked in as usual and the frontdesk lady told me that I was upgraded to a Suite. Good start, isn´t it? :)

We have planned to use Munich´s culinaric opportunities during Isabella´s stay and so her, Anne and me went out for dinner at Brenner´s the first evening, I had a delicious Caprese and fish afterwards. On the second day, Isabella met her former boss in the Mandarin Oriental and she asked me to join them at 6pm. Had a very nice cappuccino there and got to know Jacqueline who turned out to be as lovely as Isabella always described her :) We were sitting in this breathtaking hotel lobby for about 1 hour. Just around the corner was this lovely French restaurant called Buffet Kull. I went there with Michael about 4 years ago and knew that it was good, so we decided to eat there. Naturally I am aware of Blogs, it is quite difficult to ignore them these days ;) However, I always thought that I wouldn´t have enough time to blog, and even if, who the f*** would be interested in reading it?? Anyway, the day came and here I am: Lying on my sofa, ill, coughing and ready to write the first entry!
