How it started…
Naturally I am aware of Blogs, it is quite difficult to ignore them these days ;) However, I always thought that I wouldn´t have enough time to blog, and even if, who the f*** would be interested in reading it?? Anyway, the day came and here I am: Lying on my sofa, ill, coughing and ready to write the first entry! Certainly my boyfriend Michael contributed to this as well, as he himself started a Blog a couple of weeks ago: michblog.de
Some of you might wonder why I use English instead of German, well, I would love to tell you this bumptious story of “who knows who will read this in a few months, I will be popular all over the world and this is why everyone should be able to understand my important messages!” but it is actually just because I am so lucky to also know some great Non-Germans who might be interested in reading some of the articles, so I will mix between English and German, depending on the content. The most entries, however, will be in German.
Well, for my first entry it seems to be useful to tell you a few things about me – just in case someone who was not forced by me to read this, shows up one day ;)
So, I am 25 years, living near Stuttgart in Germany and work as a PA to Managing Director for a consultancy company which is based in the UK, but I work for the German subsidiary. This spring, our company has also opened an additional office in Munich which is really beautiful. I also sometimes go there as until beginning of October, no assistant was really based there, and now, to train and visit Anne, our new assistant who takes care of the Munich office since beginning of this month and is yet a huge help :)
Last week I went to Munich as well, and it was one of the best trips I had so far to this wonderful city. Why? Well, I think that explaining this deserves an extra entry :)
